I’m Dickson. I design and build customer lifecycle systems, the CRM architecture, the automation logic, and the journey design that turns customer data into retention, revenue, and referrals. We have the tools.
We don't have the system.
HubSpot is live. OptinMonk is set up. Zapier is connected. But the data does not talk to each other, the lifecycle journeys do not reflect how customers actually behave, and nobody in the room is confident that what the dashboard shows is telling the truth. The tools are not the problem. The architecture beneath them is.
Our retention numbers should be better than they are.
You are acquiring customers at a cost that only makes commercial sense if they stay and buy again. But repeat purchase rates are flat, lifecycle automation is underperforming, and the email, SMS, and push notification channel is not pulling its weight in the revenue mix.
