The call is thirty minutes long. I’ll ask about your current setup, what you’ve already tried, and what a good outcome looks like for your business. You’ll leave with either a clear next step or an honest answer that this is not the right fit. Both outcomes are useful.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, as a fractional specialist or an independent consultant depending on the engagement. Availability varies. If the timing is not right, I will tell you.

Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe your current CRM setup and the specific outcome you are trying to improve, but if you are still at the “I think something is broken and I do not know what” stage, that is a perfectly valid starting point.

You talk. I listen. I ask questions. At the end, I give you an honest view of the problem and whether I can help with it. If I can, I will outline what an engagement would look like. If I cannot, I will tell you who might be better placed.

Is there a fee for the call?
ANSWER
No. The call is how we both decide whether this is worth pursuing. It is not a paid diagnostic. A paid diagnostic engagement is something we would scope if the call confirms the fit.

What does an engagement cost?
ANSWER
Fractional engagements are priced based on scope and time commitment. Consultancy projects are priced per project. I will give you a clear indication on the call. I do not have a rate card because no two situations are the same.
