About

I have spent years fixing what tools cannot fix on their own.

I’m Dickson, a CRM architect and lifecycle marketing specialist with a decade of experience designing and building the customer journey infrastructure that growing businesses depend on.

My background sits at the intersection of customer data, automation logic, and lifecycle strategy. I’ve worked across e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, real estate, SaaS, and professional services, with teams ranging from startup-stage to mid-market, and the problem I solve looks the same in every one of them: a business that has the tools but not the system.

I don’t start with your email platform. I start with your customer data and your commercial goals, then work backward into the architecture that connects them. The tools come last, and because I’m not aligned with any of them, I recommend what’s right for your situation, then build on it properly.

I work in two modes: embedded as a fractional specialist, or engaged as an independent consultant on defined-scope projects. Both modes are designed to leave your team with something that runs without me. I’m not building dependency. I’m building infrastructure.

If you’re a CMO who needs a senior specialist for a function your team does not have, a founder who knows the retention economics are not working and needs someone to fix them, or a marketing team lead who needs capability without a full-time headcount, this is the right conversation to have.

What I do

What I actually do and how it works

What I build

CRM Architecture & Data Design

What it means

I design the structure that everything else depends on. Contact and pipeline architecture, lifecycle stage logic, lead scoring models, data properties and segmentation framework. Whether that’s a greenfield setup or a rebuild of something that was never quite right.

What I build

Customer Lifecycle Design

What it means

The full journey from first contact to loyal customer — mapped, automated, and tested. Onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement, upsell, referral. Built on behaviour triggers and customer data, not timers and guesswork.

What I build

Marketing Automation & Integrations

What it means

Workflow automation across platforms, system integrations, AI-augmented automation, and the operational logic that connects your marketing stack into a functioning system. I work across Zapier, Make, n8n, and bespoke integration architecture.

What I build

Revenue Analytics & Reporting

What it means

The dashboards and data models that show what is actually driving commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics. LTV by cohort, churn signals, funnel conversion, revenue attribution, and the leading indicators that predict what happens next quarter

What I build

Fractional Lifecycle Lead

What it means

Embedded part-time in your team for a defined period. I take ownership of the lifecycle function, strategy, build, optimisation, and reporting, while your team runs alongside. Typically three to six months, with a clear handover at the close.

What I build

Consultancy & Diagnostic

What it means

A defined-scope engagement: audit, strategy, and a prioritised build plan, delivered as a working document your team can act on. Some clients take the plan and build it themselves. Others bring me back to build it. Either works.

PLATFORMS I USE

I work across the full modern lifecycle and CRM stack, including HubSpot, GoHigh Level, Salesforce, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Braze, Marketo, Pardot, Constant Contact, Brevo, and Mailchimp on the CRM side, and Zapier, Make, and n8n for automation and integration architecture. I am agnostic across all of them. The right platform for your business depends on your data maturity, your team’s capability, and your commercial model. Not on which one I have a partnership with.

INDUSTRIES I WORK WITH

I have built lifecycle systems in twelve industries. The ones that recur most often in my work are e-commerce and DTC, financial services, healthcare, professional services, real estate, and SaaS.

I do not have a preferred vertical. I have a preferred problem. If you are a business that has outgrown your current CRM and lifecycle setup but do not have an obvious path to fixing it, we are likely a fit regardless of what sector you are in.
